Want more confidence? Remember this...

I made this - these aren't real flowers, I crafted all of it out of sugar paste.

It took me 5 ENTIRE DAYS.

It's a great example of:

- an exquisite result taking time

- the result of hours of learning, failing, trial and error

- it isn't perfect but it's still pretty f*cking impressive!

- while I can see 'flaws' most other people will NEVER be able to see them

- it could quite easily never be 'finished', I could always add to it, but knowing when enough work is just right is also a skill

- investing with experts to learn skills is money well spent (it was part of my PME Masters in Professional Cake Decorating)

[oh, and also why exquisitely decorated cakes are (rightly) expensive! -please don't EVER complain about paying creatives like cake decorators what they're due!]

Remember these points above when considering how to increase your confidence...

It’s very possible, and it takes time and consistency…and especially remember, that although you're not perfect, but you're still pretty f*cking impressive!
