For a long time I had felt like I was drifting in my life. Nothing was really wrong, but nothing was exciting, fun or rewarding and I felt like I wasn't achieving anything worthwhile. I knew I wanted to change, but I was limited by a voice in my head telling me I wasn’t good enough, or I was going to fail, or I would let people down. Drifting was the safe option, but it was making me sad.
I honestly don’t know whether I would have tried to change things; I wanted to but didn’t know how and change was scary. But then something, which turned out to be miraculous, happened. I came across Charlotte in a really open, personal and vulnerable post she made online. Not only did I recognise some of the things she had been through, she seemed to be speaking exactly about the voice that had limited me for so long. She understood that voice and she offered hope that I could overcome its constraints. She embodied what she talked about so passionately, having worked on her own inner critic and confidence and changed how she viewed and lived life.
The universe seemed to have aligned, so I booked in for an introductory call and met the most wonderful inspirational coach. I didn’t sit through a sales call, I sat through a coaching session. Charlotte started challenging my limiting voices on that introductory call. After that first conversation I knew that I wanted to work with Charlotte and so I signed up to work on my self-confidence and my inner critic.
I am an accredited coach, so I understand a lot of coaching tools and techniques, but even so I never felt like I was being coached by Charlotte. She is too canny and talented for that. Everything was natural yet focussed. Everything was challenging yet fun. The sessions were long yet inspiring. And Charlotte’s support was ceaseless.
She is supremely generous with her time and energy. She was available throughout the week for advice or support. She sends gifts and regular text or voice mails with ideas or support or even celebrations to mark some breakthrough I had made. I always felt like Charlotte was with me and that made a massive difference. I know that she genuinely wants me to succeed.
Charlotte is a glorious person and a glorious coach. She is natural and exuberant and supportive and challenging and hilarious. I have laughed with Charlotte. I have cried with Charlotte. Before my coaching experience I believed my inner critic implicitly. I often didn’t recognise it, yet made decisions based on it without realising. But in just a few months with Charlotte’s help, I have made actual genuine changes in how I think and feel. I have changed my belief about the future and know that I can make the changes that I need to make to achieve what I want to.
I have adored every moment of my coaching experience with Charlotte. I have already signed up for my second series of coaching with her when I know we will build on the changes that I have already experienced and continue to learn to fly.
If you have any thoughts that there is more possible and you wish you could achieve so much more with just a little self confidence, then Charlotte is the person who can help you break through those limiting beliefs and start to live the best life you can imagine. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
